Cutters are Remote Presence armoured units belonging to the Fast Intervention Division, Varuna Chasseurs Regiment.

They are the armoured spearhead of the antiterrorist program "Blue Sea". Cutters have been designed to perform covert operations and amphibious and sub-aquatic actions.
