The Nisses were mythological creatures, domestic elves who protected the Scandinavian farms. Although friendly in appearance, they possessed superhuman strength and their wrath could be terrible when they were contradicted. The Panoceanian Nisses are the battle-hardened members of the Tactical Assault Group from Svalarheima, designated for protection and Advanced Force operations.
