The Tohaa are an advanced alien civilization in an open war with the EI and its Combined Army. Custodians of one of the greatest treasures in existence, the Tohaa have resisted the EI's attacks for longer than any other race in the universe. Tohaa shine in the use of biotechnology, having fearsome viral weapons and tough symbiotic armors, but they are also capable of modifying other races to give them a higher intelligence and make them fight at their direction.

Yu Jing's Judicial Corps, in its authorized mission of protection and Law and Order enforcement, has a tactical wing for special tasks known as the Imperial Service. This section is the one in charge of carrying out tasks of internal defense, civil and military security, including anti-terrorist and anti-subversive actions.

One of the greatest regional armies of Yu Jing is the Japanese Sectorial Army. As the Japanese have always shown a clearly distinct cultural identity, the High Command, with the Party's consent, thought it was opportune to reward Nipponese troops for the courage shown in their military service.

The other great power, the eternal rival always conspiring and intriguing to bring down PanOceania's adversary is Yu Jing (read Yu Ching), the Asiatic giant.

The Military Orders are the ace up PanOceania's sleeve. An overwhelming force made up of intrepid knights driven by religious fervor and ready to engage in close combat with the enemy. The Military Orders mean an absolute break from the usual combat style expected of the PanOceanian Military Complex, a trump card as unexpected as it is fearsome.

The Shock Army of Acontecimento reflects the vigorous character of this industrial planet's working population. The troops of Acontecimento are used to winning tactical superiority through sweat and hard work, and to fighting in the stifling thickness of jungles.

PanOceania is the No. 1 Great Power of the Human Sphere. It owns the greatest number of planets, has the richest economy and possesses the most advanced technology. Pragmatic and generous, PanOceania is a melting-pot of cultures, heir to the best democratic and welfare traditions of the West. Proud of itself and somewhat domineering it can claim to have the most technically sophisticated society and army in the Sphere and likes to brag about it.

The mysterious Hassassin Society watches for the appearance of new threats against Haqqislam and human knowledge, in the name of the Old Man of the Mountain and in the service of Faith and the Hachib, the Haqqislamite President.

Haqqislam, the New Islam, is a smaller power which possesses a single star-system only, Bourak. Separating itself from fundamentalism, Haqqislam bases its culture on an Islam which is humanist, philosophical and in continuous contact with nature. Biosanitary Science and Earthformation are the two major strengths of Haqqislam, which includes the best schools of medecine and planetology in the Human Sphere.

The Shasvastii army is divided into completely autonomous sections known as Expeditionary Forces. Each one of them is a small self-sufficient army, always ready to be sent to any part of the galaxy where Shasvastii have found an inhabited system or wherever the EI needs their specialized services.
